The Piano Guys, the Marvellous Music by Piano&Cello

The Piano Guys are one of the famous neoclassical groups, founded in St. George, Utah.US in 2010, now consisting of the pianist Jon Schmidt, the cellist Steven Sharp Nelson, the producer Paul Anderson, and the music composer Al van der Beek. The group is well-known by their beautiful renditions of popular songs and classical music by the piano &cello, accompanied by the marvelous professional-quality videos shot.

The first MV I saw is the one shot on the Great Wall, China. Two musicians wore traditional Chinese Kongfu costumes and played the theme of the Kongfu Panda, Kongfu Piano: Cello Ascends. This grand music made a perfect match with the magnificent views of the Great Wall, while the fresh green mountains far away looked like a Chinese-ink painting, elegant and splendid.
Besides of the Great Wall, the Piano Guys also played on the other 6 Wonders of the World: Mayan City of Mexico, Large Statue Christ Redeemer of Brazil, Machu Picchu of Peru, Petra Ancient City of Jordan, The Roman Colosseum of Italy and The Taj Mahal of India.The music and the wonderful landscapes together created a tremendous result, undescribable by words.

    带着乐器去大自然里演奏，这个情调可不一般呀，感觉很新奇。

    1. 大型乐器不好带出去嘛，通常看到的有小提琴、口琴、笛子、二胡之类的 😀

        我勉强能算会吹口琴， 吉它和笛子没学会， 树叶吹的相当不错。

          电子琴么纯粹乱弹，小提琴根本没入门，口琴也只是乱吹。。。 =))

  14. 听完第一个，不像是功夫熊猫主题曲啊。最近看盖世熊猫动画片第三部，主题曲我应该熟悉才对。
